relative pronoun (관계대명사)


I have a friend who lives in Nepal.

선행사와 관계사절의 관계를 이어주는 대명사.

주어 바로 뒤에 온다.

대명사 대신에 관계 대명사를 사용함으로서 선행사와 관계사절을 이어줄 수 있다.

관계 사절은 문장의 주어를 꾸며준다.

Object-related Pronoun (목적격 관계대명사)


목적격 관계대명사가 생략 가능합니다.

 

Sangrok is the man. I like him.

→ Sangrok is the man whom(who/that) I like.

 

 

This is the book. I read it last night.

→ This is the book that I read last night.

→ This is the book I read last night.

 

 

He got a new girlfriend. Her farther is a professional golf player.

→ He got a new girlfriend whoes farther is a professinal golf player.
